Funeral on Tuesday 22nd May at the Private Chapel of Phillip Tom & Sons, The Old Cemetery, Cromwell Road, Risca at 10.15am, followed by Cremation at the Gwent Crematorium. Family flowers only, please, donations in lieu for The British Heart Foundation may be given at the service. Please join the family at 3 Gladstone Street, Crosskeys for light refreshments following the funeral.
