In memory of Raymond Hopkins who passed away peacefully at home on 1st April 2020 age 76. Much loved husband of Linda, dad to Gary and Neil and adored bampi to Stephen, Liam, Thomas and Isabel.
Private family funeral with memorial service to be held at a later date. Donations in lieu of flowers to the British Heart Foundation.

Bampy you was and always will be my best friend. I miss you every day I wake up and remember your not with me anymore. Its not getting any better to deal with you gone. I miss the times we would go up the rugby pitch by your house and you would teach train me how to kick a convertion and the times you would call me out of the blue to see how I was. I will miss you always telling me to like your Facebook posts but most of all I will miss you. You will always be with me in my thoughts and hart. xx

Dad ... Ray Hopkins its not getting easier , you was also my best friend and drinking buddy. I went for a walk earlier to try and clear my head and its just impossible as feel so numb and useless . My Uncle Ray, I cant thank you enough for just being you, the amazing, caring and loving family man you are. You have always been there for me growing up and when I had grown up you continued being there with all lifes advice. So many memories of you Ray that will continue with me forever. Ray as a family friend of my parents and you and Linda my Godparents we shared some fantastic memories over the years including growing up with your boys Neil &Gary. Your humour was infectious and your love for family second to none. I even got to share a few beers with you throughout our years. Youll be sadly missed by your friends and family. RIP Buddy️
