After a long illness David sadly passed away on the 14th of August. The family would like to thank the team at Wellspring Surgery, the Caerphilly reablement team and St David’s nurses for all their help and friends and neighbours for their support over these past months.
The funeral details are below and all are welcome to join us at GreenMeadow Golf and County club for refreshments following the committal at the Gwent Crematorium.
