Paul “Wilko” Wilkins was a fun loving, larger than life character. He was a proud father of Thomas Wilkins and Emma Wilkins, both whom he adored, and lived for his family and friends. Spending many years as one of Newport’s renowned doormen, and the first licensed in the UK, number “001”, Paul was never without a smile or his famously contagious laugh. A larger than life character who lived for his cars and bikes, he is genuinely one of Newport’s finest, and loved by many who knew him or had the pleasure of meeting him.
