Alison was the most incredibly generous, kind, caring person. She was completely devoted to family and friends. She was always happy to put others before herself and helped so many people in their time of need. Alison was hugely maternal and had a quiet determination and strength like no other. Even in failing health, she would go out of her way to help. Alison was highly regarded and loved in the community she served as a Postmistress for many years. Dearly loved by her family, she will be greatly missed by us all.
